優秀運動高中生運動訓練與學業表現之相關研究

A Study of Senior High School Elite Student's Athletic Training and Academic Performance

摘要


本研究主要目的在瞭解運動訓練對高中運動優秀學生學業表現之間的關係。本研究以問卷調查法。藉由參考相關研究的文獻和自編之「運動優秀學生學校訓練現況問卷」量表作為資料收集之工具,以台灣地區運動優秀學生951人為研究對象作調查。所得資料以統計套裝軟體執行積差相關、結構方程式等統計分析。研究結果顯示出:運動訓練各層面排序高低則為師資滿意、場地設備、訓練強度、指導時間;學業表現各層面排序高低則為學業輔導、學業適應、學業成績。此外,運動訓練與學業表現呈正相關,其中以訓練狀況與學業輔導為較相關。本研究證實學生的運動訓練確實對個人的學業表現帶來相當程度的影響。最後,建議後續研究者除對本量表之適用性再進行檢驗外,亦可對全國之大學運動優秀學生進行全面檢測,以了解全國大學運動優秀學生訓練情況與學業表現,並作一比較。

The main purpose of this study was to understand relationships among the athletic training and senior high elite student's academic performance. The researcher of this study applied questionnaires survey, and referring to the documents relating to learning difficulties and coping methods in schools and the chart of self-made ”Questionnaires On Elite Students-Athletic' School training situation Coping Methods” as the resources of information, The research objects were 951 Elite students-Athletic in Taiwan. The data was analyzed through the methods of Pearson's product moment correlation. Canonical correlation, and AMOS. The results of the research are four factors of the exercise training were Factor of coach, Factor of field and facility, Factor of training condition, and Factor of teaching time. Academic performances were three factors of tutorial, adoption and grade. Other result, the study reveals positive correlation between athletic training condition and academic performance, among highest correlation with academic tutorial. The results of this research state that athletic training of student in primary unit does influence their academic performance. It was suggested for the researchers in the future to make further tests on this chart for its application and to make an overall examination for the national college Elite students-Athletic. And comparison should be made between this study and others.
