粉末基式快速陶瓷鑄漿模具技術之研究

摘要


台灣的陶瓷器曾是外銷大宗,但是因產業變遷,加上外移者眾,本土多轉向設計、研發、行銷通路等方面,台灣的法藍瓷就是結合了文化、創意的代表性品牌。創意性陶瓷與一般大量生產的工業組件不同,從原型的雕製、灌模、上釉、入窯,都需要繁複的手工工序,使設計師的創意表現,被技術、成本等所限制。 本文針對提昇文化創意產業競爭力的技術性研究,提出將電腦虛擬製造的概念導入傳統的陶瓷工藝。利用粉末基的快速原型機製作鑄漿模具本體,透過快速原型件的性質改變實驗,解決粉末基式快速原型件遇水崩解的缺點,同時發揮其特有的多孔吸水特性,並驗證陶瓷鑄漿電腦快速模具的結果可行性,作爲將數位技術導入文化創意產業的的核心技術。

Taiwan's pottery and porcelain was exported bulk, because the industry changes and factory move out, local Entrepreneur have turn to design, development and marketing channels. Such as Taiwan, Franz is a representation of the brand it combination of culture and creativity. Innovative ceramics is different with general mass production industrial components, like prototype carved, casting molds, glaze and kiln, all require complex manual process, creativity of designers will be constrained by experience, technical and cost. In this paper, we try to enhance the competitiveness of cultural and creative industries through lead the concept of computer virtual manufacturing in the traditional ceramics process. We use powder-based rapid prototyping to make slip casting mold frame, through the experiments that we change the property of powder-based rapid prototyping part, to solve problem causing the part collapse in contact with water, to show its unique characteristic of the porous absorbent, and verify the results of feasibility of computer rapid tooling for ceramic slip casting, the digital process as a the core technology of cultural and creative industries.
