The Study on the Relationship between Driving Safety Perception and Aberrant Driving Behavior for Tourist Bus Drivers

遊覽車駕駛行車安全認知與偏差駕駛行為關係之研究

摘要


近年來觀光旅遊活動日趨熱絡且迅速成長,然在觀光發展的同時遊覽車肇事事故頻傳,故其車輛安全管理亦爲社會大眾所重視之課題。因此,本研究以遊覽車駕駛者之觀點分別探討影響駕駛者之安全因素與偏差駕駛行爲之關係架構。研究中將偏差駕駛行爲分爲違規、錯誤、輕微疏失三項,進一步探究駕駛者人爲、車輛、道路與環境認知因素對偏差駕駛行爲之影響,用以衡量行車安全。研究以旅行社遊覽車駕駛爲調查對象,於市區與非市區觀光景點進行抽樣,設計符合國內遊覽車駕駛之問卷,並以LISREL爲主要研究分析工具。結果顯示,人爲認知因素影響最大,並分爲內部與外部影響因素加以探討,其他車輛、道路、環境因素之理論架構與研究假設均獲得支持,以提供政府部門及相關產業,行車安全管理措施之研擬與推動,進而提昇台灣觀光旅遊服務品質。

Tourism is booming in the modern world, and tourist buses are becoming more important mass transportation vehicles. Unexpectedly, tourist bus accidents have occurred frequently. The question of how to conduct an effective safety management on tourist buses is becoming an important issue for the society. The purpose of this study is to explore the safety factors and aberrant driving behavior of tourist bus drivers. We divided aberrant driving behaviors into three categories: violation, mistake and lapses. Furthermore, we try to investigate the relationship between aberrant driving behavior and safety factors, which can be subdivided into personal factor, bus factor, road factor and environment factor effect. The research participants for this study are tourist bus drivers working for travel agencies. We conduct convenient sampling from urban and rural areas. Questionnaires were collected to explore the relationship on multiple factors through LISREL. The research results revealed that the most important safety factors for tourist bus drivers is bus driver’s personal factor especially on safety related perception.
