觀光典範課程品質之研究

The Study of Paradigm Curriculum for Quality Development in Hospitality and Tourism Higher Education

摘要


近年來,許多大學紛紛轉型或投入以觀光教育為主軸的院校及系所,多數的教師面臨一系列的課程變革,擁有極大的挑戰。在此過程中,教師不是自行摸索,就是臨摹他校,甚至他國的課程。基於此理由,本研究以課程品質之精神為基礎,探究學校專業學群課程的內涵,企圖從中發展出足以轉移的典範課程,並建立維持觀光教育的課程品質機制之可能性。為達此目標,本研究以文獻分析及問卷方式進行,了解校基礎專業課程對教育目標、專業素養及核心能力培養的助益程度。研究結果顯示不同屬性學生在教育目標與核心能力上有顯著差異;基礎課程對核心能力有顯著差異。此外教育目標、課程與核心能力之間亦具相關性。本研究期望透過分析結果,進一步解釋基礎課程的內涵,以供學校發展典範課程的參考。

In recent years, more and more colleges have adopted exit strategy toward the tourism education and expanding the departments under the realm. Most of teachers have to face a series of the reforming and challenge of curriculum. In this process, teachers are either developing curriculum by self or allochthonous copying. Base on the above description, this paper was not only researched the curriculum quality, inquires the intension of core curriculum but tried to develop paradigm curriculum and establishes the possibility of curriculum quality mechanism.Literatures analysis and questionnaire method were adopted. The object is the core curriculum of THT. Research analysis shows that, there is a significant difference between the students' attributes and core abilities. There is a significant difference between the core curriculum and core ability. In addition, there is a significant relationship among the object of school, core curriculum and core ability. Furthermore, the result also showed that there is significant difference between the hidden curriculum and core ability.
