男子撐竿跳高選手持竿助跑最後四步與起跳動作之運動學分析

The Kinematic Analysis on Run-up of the Last Four Steps and Takeoff Skill of Male Pole-vaulters

摘要


目的:本研究主要目的在分析男子撐竿跳高選手助跑最後四步與起跳動作,以提供教練、選手訓練之參考。方法:以二部每秒120張畫面的攝影機(JVC9800),拍攝2005年全國運動會男子撐竿跳高決賽選手為受試者,以Dempster(1955)14個肢段、21個關節點的人體模型,透過Kwon3D動作分析軟體對選手最佳比賽成績實施二度空間的影片分析。結果與結論:1、助跑最後四步速度與成績達高度相關(P<.05, r=0.631),顯示助跑速度是乃是影響成績關鍵因素。2、起跳點位置在上手握竿前方,造成撐竿彎曲力量不足,水平速度損失增加。3、男子插竿角度與成績達顯著負相關(P<.05, r=-0.672),即較大的插竿角度,對成績表現將有所影響。建議:加強助跑速度、適度減少插竿角度,將有利於成績的表現。

Purpose:This study is to analyze takeoff movement and run-up of the last four steps on male pole-vaulters. Hopefully, this will provide as references in training for athletes and coaches. Method: Two cameras (JVC9800) with speed of 120 frames per second were used to film the male pole vault final of National Track and Field Competition in 2005. This study used Dempster's (1995) 14-segment and 21-point body model and Kwon 3D movement analytical device to do two dimensional films analyze on athletes' best performance. Results and conclusions: 1.The run-up speed of last 10 meters is slower. And the slower speed can't produce larger power. 2. The takeoff points are in front of the upper gripping hands for male and female pole-vaulters. Thus, the pole won't get enough power to bend and that causes the loss of horizontal speed. 3. The pole angle is an inverse ratio to the grade for male pole vault. That means a larger pole angle will influence the grade and performance. Suggestions: To reinforce the run-up speed and decrease pole angle are all advantageous to good performance and grades.
