國中籃球教練知覺組織公平與組織公民行為關係之研究

A Study on the Relationship between Organizational Justice and Organizational Citizenship Behavior on Basketball Coaches at Junior High Schools

摘要


本研究主要目的在探討國中籃球教練知覺組織公平與組織公民行為之現況與關係。本研究採用問卷調查方式,以參加98學年度國中籃球聯賽之337位籃球教練為研究對象,共發出調查問卷337份,回收有效問卷312份,有效問卷回收率為92.58%,所得資料經統計分析,獲得以下發現:國中籃球教練對於組織公平之知覺屬於中上程度;國中籃球教練所展現之組織公民行為屬於中上程度;不同年資、參賽組別、學校規模之函中籃球教練,對於組織公平之知覺有顯著差異;不同性別、年資之國中籃球教練,所展現之組織公民行為有顯著差異;國中籃球教練所知覺之組織公平與組織公民行為具顯著正相關;國中籃球教練所知覺之組織公平對於其組織公民行為具有預測力。

The purposes of this study were to explore the current situation of organizational justice and organizational citizenship behavior on basketball coaches, and explore the predictive power of organizational justice on basketball coaches' organizational citizenship behavior. The research approach applied to this study was the survey method with a questionnaire. The researcher took the basketball coaches who joined the Junior High School Basketball Tournament in 2009 as samples. 312 samples were effective among 337 basketball coaches and the rate of retrieve was 92.58%. The findings from the analysis were summarized as follows: (1) The basketball coaches' perception of organizational justice is at upper middle level. (2) The basketball coaches' organizational citizenship behavior is at upper middle level. (3) Seniority, contest category and school scale can influence basketball coaches' perception of organizational justice. (4) Gender and seniority can influence basketball coaches' organizational citizenship behavior. (5) There is a significant positive relationship between organizational justice and organizational citizenship behavior on basketball coaches. (6) Basketball coaches' perception of organizational justice has a significant predictability on their organizational citizenship behavior.
