台灣國中排球運動員運動傷害之調查分析

Investigation and Analysis on sports injury of volleyball players in Taiwan

摘要


本研究目的在分析台灣國中排球運動員運動傷害。研究採用問卷調查法,對象為台灣國中甲組排球隊學生,以立意取樣的抽樣方式進行量表施測,研究工具為「台灣國中排球運動員運動傷害問卷」。所得各項資料以描述性統計、次數分配、百分比等方法進行分析。結果:一、台灣國中排球運動員年齡以14歲較多;專長位置以主攻手較多;球齡以4年~5年較多;比賽最高經歷以校隊較多;每週練習天數以五天以上較多;每週練習時間以6小時以上較多;教練運動傷害知識以有教導較多。二、台灣國中排球運動員運動傷害知識來源以教練傳授較多;運動傷害防護員的設置、比賽中運動傷害防護站設置、練習比賽時對本身保護設施、希望教練經常傳授運動傷害防護知識等都是以極必要較多。三、台灣國中排球運動員運動傷害發生次數以五次以上較多;運動傷害部位以腰部較多;運動傷害類型以扭傷較多;造成運動傷害動作以扣球較多;運動傷害發生原因以準備活動熱身不足較多;運動傷害發生時機以平常練習較多;運動傷害處理方式以中醫治療較多。結論:如何有效避免運動傷害,加強運動員對於運動傷害認識及預防是非常重要的。

The purpose of this study is to analyze the sports injury of Taiwan junior high school volleyball players. This research uses the method of questionnaire survey, object for Taiwan junior high school volleyball team of students, with a purposive sample of sampling of scales measuring, research tools for "Taiwan junior high school volleyball athletes Injury Questionnaire". The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, frequency distribution, percentage and so on. Results: first, Taiwan junior high school volleyball athletes age to 14 years old more; expertise location main more hand; 'to 4 years to 5 years more; game experience the highest in the team more; practice days per week to five days or more; weekly exercise time to 6 hours or more; coach transport injury knowledge to teach more aerodynamic. Second, Taiwan junior high school volleyball athletes sports injury knowledge sources to coach to teach more; sports injury prevention member set, competition sports injury prevention station establishment, practice game of protection facilities, hope coach often impart sports injury prevention knowledge is very necessary more. Third, Taiwan junior high school volleyball athletes sports injury occurrence to more than five times more; sports injuries to the waist is more; sports injury patterns to sprain more; cause sports injury action to more spiking; causes of sport injury in preparation for a warm-up problem more; sports injury timing in the usual practice is too much; sports injury treatment with traditional Chinese medicine treatment more. Conclusion: how to avoid sports injuries, to strengthen the athlete sports injury awareness and prevention is very important.
