本研究目的在探討國中學生運動參與情形,以做為學校擬定體育教學與運動相關計畫之參考。受試者為大成國中943名學生。以運動參與情形問卷做為調查為工具,共計發放943份,回收之有效樣本為870份,有效回收率為92.26%,各項資料以百分比進行處理。結果發現:有近三成大成國中學生每星期運動時間不到三天,每星期運動時間以1~2.5小時的最多,每次運動時間以31~60分鐘的最多,每次運動強度以有點累的最多,運動參與方式以體育課的最多,運動參與時段以上午(9-11點)及下午(5-7點)的最多,運動參與類型以有氧運動類的最多,運動參與場館地點以校內場館的最多,運動參與對象以同學為最多,運動參與最主要目的以體適能/健康管理的最多,未來運動參與希望學習內容以運動技能學習的最多。大成國中學生每星期運動時間有待加強,未來如何加強課外時間之體育活動,養成學生終身規律運動習慣非常重要。
The purpose of this study is discussing the participation and situation in sports for junior high school students. The tool for this research is using the physical education and sports' plan for reference. The testers are from Da-Cheng junior high school 943 students. Using participation and situation in sports questionnaire survey for examine. There are 943 questionnaire survey and 870 valuable. Recovery is 92.26%. Each data uses percentage. The result: There are 30% students in Da-Cheng junior high school exercise less three days for a week. Exercise for 1 to 2.5 hours every week is the most. Exercise 31~60 minutes each time is the most. Feeling a little tired after the strength exercise is the most. The way for exercising is the PE class is the most. The time for exercising is 9a.m. to 11 a.m. and 5p.m. to 7 p.m. the most. They type of exercising is aerobics the most. The place for exercising is the school gym the most. The target for exercising is the classmate the most. The purpose for exercising is the Physical Fitness and health management the most. In the future exercising, wish to have more sport technology learning is the most. The students in Da-Cheng need to improve their time for exercising every week. Improving the physical education after school and let students regular exercise in the future is very important.
