參與運動社團對國中生的人際關係之影響

The Effect on Interpersonal Relationships of the Junior High School Students, Participation in Sports Clubs

摘要


國中生並未積極參與學校社團活動,如今為了升學而加入社團,但參與社團活動可以增進學生的人際關係,因此,為了瞭解國中生參與運動社團後對其人際關係之影響,本研究採用「中學生人際關係量表」、「運動社團動機問卷」,以彰化縣2所國中270位學生為研究對象進行問卷調查,共收集到250份有效問卷,經t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關分析、及多元迴歸分析後發現:社長在自我成就動機顯著高於社團幹部,而社團幹部又顯著高於社員;社長在人際支持和人際困擾顯著高於社團幹部和社員,而社團幹部又顯著高於社員。其中除了一項人際困擾與情緒調節沒有顯著相關外,參與運動社團動機的四構面與人際關係的五個構面均介於低度至中度正相關;自我成就、運動技能、性別對國中生人際關係有顯著的正向影響。因此,除了鼓勵學生積極參與運動社團外,學校規劃多元、有趣的運動社團,且支持運動社團發展,加上政府編列充裕的經費來推廣運動社團,並監督學校落實運動社團運作,有助於國中生建立其良好的人際關係。

Junior high school students used not to participate school club activities positively, but today they join the clubs because of pursuing a higher education. In fact, participating clubs surely can enhance the interpersonal relationships of students. Thus, in order to understand the influences after the junior high school students participate the sport clubs, ”Interpersonal Relationships Measurement and Adaptive Index of Junior High School Students” and Motivations Questionnaire of Sports Clubs” are adopted on the research. As research objects, 270 students among two junior high schools in Chunghwa County were studied via questionnaires, and 250 questionnaires returned. The statistic methods include t-test, One-Way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient, and Multiple Regression Analysis.The results of this research show that self-achievement motivation of the club leader is significant higher than the club officers and members, and self-achievement motivation of the club officers is significant than club members. Four aspects of participating sports clubs and five aspects of interpersonal relationships are between low and middle positive correlation except interpersonal problems and emotional regulation. self-achievement, sports skills and gender show positive influence to junior high students. Besides encouraging students to participate sports clubs positively, the junior high schools might plan various and interesting sports clubs, support development of the sports clubs, and additionally, our government can budget enough expenses to popularize sports clubs and supervise the operation of sports clubs in junior high schools. By putting above into practice, junior high school students can really be helped to improve their interpersonal relationships.
