本研究目的在調查分析我國優秀選手進入國訓中心前之訓練場所滿意度情形。本研究採用問卷調查法,以國家運動訓練中心優秀選手為研究對象,研究工具為參與訓練滿意度問卷,內容包含:基本資料、滿意度量表。所得各項資料以描述性統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、雪費爾事後比較等統計方法進行分析。結果發現:一、我國優秀選手進入國訓中心前之訓練場所滿意度以教練領導最高,訓練方式最低;個別題項最高前3名為:教練人格品行、教練訓練方式、每天訓練時間,最後3名為:器材品質、比賽成績、技術表現。二、我國優秀選手進入國訓中心前之訓練場所滿意度差異比較:不同項目在訓練方式、訓練表現、教練領導等構面達到顯著差異(各組別沒有特別差異);不同公私立在訓練表現構面達到顯著差異(私立顯著高於公立);不同性別在訓練方式、訓練表現、教練領導等構面都無顯著差異。
The purpose of this study was to investigate and analyze the satisfaction of our excellent players before they entered the training center. The research adopt the survey techniques, taking the excellent players of national sports training center as the research object, and the research tool is the questionnaire of training satisfaction. Content include: basic data, satisfaction questionnaire. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t test, one-way ANOVA, Scheff's method. The results show that: 1. Before entering the national training center, the training places of our excellent players have the highest satisfaction with the coaches' leadership and the lowest satisfaction with the training methods; The results show that: 1. Comparison of the differences in satisfaction of the training places of our excellence players before they entered the national training center: there were significant differences in training methods, training performance, coach leadership and other aspects among different items (no special differences among different groups); There were significant differences in training performance between public and private (private was significantly higher than public) . There was no significant difference in training style, training performance, coaching and leadership between different genders.
