體育教學過程中涉及的倫理議題防治淺析

A brief introduction of how to avoid disputed ethical issues related to gender equality during P.E. courses teaching

摘要

運動很重要，無論是身體的鍛鍊、健康的維持，甚至有助於學習成效的提升。而體育課程的安排，除了基本的身體鍛鍊，也包含透過課程來幫助學生學習，同時教授學生規律性運動習慣之養成。體育教學是以身體活動為本質的教學方式，同時也強調動作的學習，在動作技能指導的過程中，如何拿捏其間的尺度與分寸避免產生性別平等相關倫理議題，每一位體育教師都要能具備正確的認知。

Exercise is very important for physical exercise and health maintenance. It also helps to improve the effectiveness of learning. The purpose of P.E. courses includes basic physical exercise, P.E. courses also can help students to learn efficiently and have a regular exercise habits. The teaching method of physical education is based on physical activity, it also emphasizes the learning of skills about exercise. Every physical education teacher should be able to have the correct knowledge about that in the process of instruction of exercise skills, how to have a proper teaching method and behave properly to avoid the generation of ethical issues related to gender equality.
