安平國中學生運動參與狀況之探討

An Exploration of the Participation in Sports of Anping Junior-high School Students

摘要


本研究目的為研究安平國中學生運動參與狀況,做為未來學校相關課程活動計畫安排參考。研究工具為學生運動參與狀況問卷,受試者為安平國中一至三年級學生共241位(男性127位、女性114位),平均年齡為13.39歲。問卷資料以描述性統計進行處理分析。研究結果發現:安平國中學生運動參與目的以體適能(健康管理)最多,運動參與對象以和同學一起運動最多,運動參與方式以體育課最多,運動參與時段以上午9點到11點最多,運動參與類型以球類運動最多,學生每週平均運動天數是以3天以上為最多,每次運動時間是以31-60分鐘最多,每次運動強度以有點累最多,運動參與地點以校內場館最多,未來運動參與希望學習內容以運動技能學習最多。結論:安平國中學生運動大都是以校內體育課為主,因此建議未來應該優先增加學生課外運動時間,養成學生運動好習慣。

The purpose of this research is to study the sports participation status of Anping junior high school students and to serve as a reference for the arrangement of future school-related curriculum activities. The research tool was the Student Sports Participation Status Questionnaire. The subjects were 241 students (127 males and 114 females) from grades one to three in Anping junior high School, with an average age of 13.39 years old. The questionnaire data were processed and analyzed by descriptive statistics. The results of the study found that: Physical fitness (health management) is the most important purpose of Anping junior high school students' sports participation, the most sports participants are exercising with their classmates, the most sports participation methods are physical education classes, and the most sports participation time is from 9:00 am to 11: 00 am. The type of sports participation is mostly ball games. The average number of sports days is more than 3 times a week.. The maximum time for each exercise is 31-60 minutes. The intensity of each exercise Those who feel are a bit tired are the most generally taken, and the place for sports participation is mostly at the indoor stadium in school. In the future, we hope sports participation can let students learn the most content in sports skills. Conclusion: The time of exercise of Anping junior high school students is still not enough, and most of them rely on physical education classes in school. Therefore, it is suggested that students should give priority to increasing their extracurricular exercise time in the future and develop their good habits of exercise.
