摘要

本文主要從支持和維護絲綢之路運作的視角，結合文獻史料記載和考古文物遺跡，汲取前人研究成果，討論唐朝有關制度的實施，主要涉及關津制、羈縻制、市場制、幣制、商業稅制、館驛制、司法制，乃至國家體制與國家觀念等。論述順序大致據過境貿易展開過程，兼顧絲綢之路由東向西進程。這些制度有的傳到了絲路沿途周邊國家，為這些國家所喜好、模仿，促進了他們的社會發展，成為他們傳統文化的一部分，值得關注並深究。

This article mainly from the perspective of supporting and maintaining the operation of the ancient Silk Road, combining the historical records and archaeological relics, drawing on the research results of previous generations, discusses the implementation of the relevant system of the Tang Dynasty, mainly related to the entry and exit control, borderland, market, currency, commercial tax, caravansaries, judicial system, and even the country system and national concept. The sequence of discussions is broadly based on the process of transit trade, taking into account the Silk Road from east to west. Some of these systems spread to the neighboring countries along the Silk Road, for these countries like, imitate, promote their social development, become part of their traditional culture, it's worth to pay attention and deep research.
