臺灣經濟發展的歷程中,技術職業教育體系一直扮演著相當重要的角色,主要的原因便是充沛的技術人力,而充沛的技術人力則是由於技職教育及職業訓練普及的成果。然而技職體系教育旨在培養基層、中層及高層之技術人力,著重在科學的應用與技術的發展與創造,因此和一般教育體系應有適當的區隔,高科技社會也確實需要此類技術人才,是故技職教育體系應確立其獨特性,尤其在科技大學、技術學院皆以培育中高階技術人力爲主,故此階段對其課程、師資更應加以考量。故想要改進教育狀況,必須要從教師的思考去著手,教導學生在學習過程中創造與應用知識,以提升產業的生產力與國家競爭力。 本研究提出了幾個可能具有解釋力的變項,包括「人格特質」、「學校文化」、「教學動機」,並將各變數依據其假設關係建立一個「科技大學及技術學院教師創意教學之關聯模式」,進行路徑模式的檢驗。研究樣本爲科技大學及技術學院教師,寄發34所院校回收22所(回收率爲64.7%),有效問卷共146份。經過電腦處理之後,使用SPSS13.0中文版與LISREL8.52版軟體進行各項分析。 其研究結果如下所示:驗證性因素分析(CFA)其多重指標驗證其學校文化、人格特質、教學動機、創意教學之量表具備良好建構效度。經由結構方程模式結果顯示,學校文化對人格特質、學校文化對教學動機以及人格特質對教學動機、人格特質對創意教學、教學動機對創意教學具有顯著且正向影響。最後,本研究根據研究結果對未來研究與實務提出建議。
History of economic development in Taiwan, the technological and vocational education is playing a quite important role. The main reason is that a plentiful technological manpower, due to technological and vocational education available to all. However the technological and vocational education aims to train the basic, middle and top level of technological manpower. Focus on scientific application, development and creation of technology, there should be proper districts to separate in the general education. The Hi-Tech society really needs this kind of technician too. The duty education of the vocational and technical school should establish its uniqueness. The University of Science and Technology and Institute of Technology educate technological manpower especially of middle-high. The stage for course and teacher quality should consider. Want to improve the educational state, must set about from the teacher's thinking, and teach students how to create and use knowledge in the course of studying, to push the development of Industry, and to increase the competition capability. The research and proposes several explain to item variables, include Personality Trait, School Culture, Motivation Teaching, a hypothesized path model using structural equation modeling (SEM) was proposed to examine the ”to be related creative teaching of University of science and technology and institute of technology”. Totally send out 34 research samples to universities and college at department of mechanical engineering, and retrieve effective samples are 22 altogether. (64.7% of rate of recovery), retrieve effective questioners are 146 altogether. Data were analyzed by SPSS13.0 and LISREL8.52. The main emphases of this research are, confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) of the multiple indicators have holding good construct validities. According to the results of the SEM analysis, this study found that school culture has a positive impact on personality, school culture has a positive impact on motivation teaching and personality has a positive impact on motivation teaching, personality has a positive impact on Creative Teaching, Motivation Teaching has a positive impact on Creative Teaching. Final suggestions for further study and limitations were discussed at the end of the study.
