苗栗縣南庄鄉124線蓬萊村道路路基缺口災修復建工程治理之探討

摘要


本工程採取以生態為基礎、安全為導向,就針對工程的物理系統、生態系統做全面性、系統化的深入研究,做出最安全、對生態衝擊最小的構造物,減少對生態系統造成傷害的永續系統設計,捨棄一般常用混凝土結構物,改用生態工法加勁格擋檔土牆,治理後除可解決往來當地居民交通問題,植生下邊坡可增加雨水入滲量,讓大地涵養水份,補充地下水源,減少逕流量,降低逕流速度,以減少對下邊坡之沖刷,亦可維持當地自然生態風貌。整體治理概念為增加下邊坡基腳抵抗力及保護表土之植生等方法;工法正確使用採用自然材料,儘量利用現地資源,因地制宜之措施,重視工程措施與自然生態的協調性,減少工程設施對生態、環境及生物多樣性的損害,整體治理的建立,方是治理成功的關鍵。

This project is based on ecology, and is oriented by safety to conduct a comprehensive and deep systematic study on the physical and ecology system. This project is to find out the safest and least-striking structure to the ecology, and a continuous systematic design which will minimize the damage to the ecology system as well. We'll get rid of the common used structure of concrete, change to the ecological labor method by applying the grid-enhanced dirt protection walls. After all these means of management, we can solve the transportation problems for local residents. Growing plants in the lower slopes may increase the water penetration that can be absorbed by the earth, saved the water resources, diminishing direct flow capacity lowering the direct flow speed so as to decrease the brushes to the lower slopes and maintains the natural appearances of the local ecology. The whole concept of managing is to increase the resistance in the bottom of the lower slope and to protect the surface by the method of growing plants etc which are expedience to correctly apply natural materials, make use of the existing on-the-spot resources, as well as focus on the harmony between engineering practices and the ecology of the nature, decreasing the varied damages on ecology, environment and biology due to the engineering construction. To establish the management as a whole is the key to the success of management.
