少年排球運動員科學選材與訓練概念初探

The Initial Study of Scientific Player Identification and Training Concepts of Youth Volleyball Players

摘要


「選材」與「訓練」是國小排球教練必須面臨的兩大問題,正確的「科学選材與訓練概念」,應是基層教練所不可欠缺的專業智能。欲提昇排球運動員的素質與水凖,實需從小學階段經由科學的選取有潛能的運動員,長期施以科學化、系統化的訓誡,方能達成。本文透過文獻分析與統整,做一探討與歸納,除求得日後在推展上脈絡之外,並建立正確的指導方向。期能提供基層指導人員,在選材上有一模式可循,在訓練上有一基本結構可參考。

Volleyball players choosing and training are the two main issues that coaches at elementary schools need to face. Coaches at the basic level ought to have the professional knowledge of scientific stuff choosing and training concepts. To promote the volleyball players' skill quality and level, we should choose the talented players in elementary school phase with scientific methods and train them with scientific and systematic prescriptions. This article is try to establish a guideline and be the reference later on through documents analysis and generalization. And it also could be the basic training structure for guiders at the basic level.
