本研究利用Utek Dyna Master多關節等速訓練機,針對卡雅克輕艇戒槳技術加以修改,作爲評估輕艇專項肌耐力與成績之方式:七名國內大專男子卡雅克輕艇選手:測試500公尺水上測驗。再以500公尺測功儀模擬划,透過張力計與BIOPAC System/MP-150收集模擬劃全程力量輸出,全程划之最初10/最後10槳之此值作爲選手航耐力值。以皮爾遜積差相關考驗所有變項資料間之相關情形,再以逐步迥歸計算預測實際比賽划之迴歸公式。所得結果爲: 1.積分化與每槳峰值所得之肌耐力與500公尺水上測驗有顯著相關(r=0.873, r=933)。最初與最後10槳輸出,積分化與每槳峰值均可代表專項耐力水準(r=933)。 2.500公尺等速測功儀模擬划與水上測驗成績相關達顯著水準(r=.946) 3.以等速測功儀模擬劃預測實際比賽之迴歸公式爲:Y=85.46X-3.87(X爲等速測功儀模擬划全程力量輸出) 本研究結果顯示,以500公尺等速測功儀模擬划之最初與最後10槳輸出,積分化與每槳值均可代表專項肌耐力水準。等速阻力卡雅克式測功儀模癡划可做爲有效之輕艇練器材。
This study used modified Utek Dyna Master multi-joint Isokinetic ergometer as an appraisal of specific muscular endurance for kayak athletes. Seven male college kayak athletes were chosen as subject to 500-meter pedal test on water surface and dynamometer respectively Endurance value of athletes was determined by the ratio of first and last ten pedals. Tensiometer and BIOPAC System/MP-150 were used to collect force output data throughout the test and Person Correlation Coefficient was used to test correlation between variables The results of this study have shown: (a) endurance value and peak value from the ergometer and the, water surface were highly correlated (r=.873 r=.864). The force output of first and last ten pedals may represented the endurance level (r=.933); (b) the total time to finish 500-meter test: from ergometer and water surface was highly correlated (r=.946); (c) to predict real competition from simulative isokinetic ergometer has acquired the regression formula Y=85.46X-3.87. The results of this study revealed the application of simulating isokinetic ergometer could be used as an endurance training apparatus and gain similar results as on water surface pedaling.
