競合關係的關係學習與關係利益:關係張力之調節

Relationship Learning and Relationship Benefits in Co-opetition: The Moderating Effect of Relationship Tensions

摘要


本研究主要是在競合關係的脈絡中,探討關係學習對關係利益之影響,並以關係張力觀點探討競合關係中的黑暗面對關係學習與關係利益之影響,試圖填補過去關係學習之研究缺口。本研究以臺灣製造業廠商為研究對象,共回收146份有效問卷。實證結果發現,在競合關係中,當關係張力平衡時,競合關係學習對關係利益具有正面的影響;然而,在關係張力不平衡時,關係學習對關係利益並無顯著影響。最後,本研究就理論與實務意涵加以討論,並提出未來研究的建議。

In this study, we aim to explore the effect of relationship learning on relationship benefits in the context of co-opetition. Additionally, to fill the gap in the literature in relationship learning, we examine the moderating effect of the dark side of co-opetition on the link between relationship learning and relationship benefits based on the relationship tensions perspective. The subject involves manufacturing firms of Taiwan, and 146 effective responses are collected. The results reveal that relationship learning positively influences relationship benefits in co-opetition with balanced tensions. However, when there are imbalances among the relationship tensions, relationship learning has no impact on relationship benefits. Finally, we discuss the theoretical and practical implications of this study and offer suggestions for future research.
