摘要

本研究驗證跨組織群體知識特質（異質性）及協同知識（創造）機制兩者對臺灣產學合作專案成效之跨時點、比較性影響。研究結果顯示：一、後期知識異質性相較初期知識異質性，其對（短期）產學協同開發新產品績效較具負面影響；二、相較於知識創造機制，（後期） 知識異質性只對短期（而非長期）產學協同開發新產品績效產生較負面影響；三、更細部觀之，知識創造內之社會化機制對長期產學協同開發新產品績效較具負面、外化機制較具負面、組合機制較具正面、內化機制較具正面之顯著影響。本研究強化了文獻上對於演化集體知識結構及知識創造機制兩者對產學合作成效之重要性與差異化影響。亦經由時間軸的帶入，對產學協作情境下組織間動態知識發展產生理論與實務意涵。

The present paper investigates on the comparative influences of interorganizational community's knowledge heterogeneity and knowledge creation mechanisms on collaborative new product development performance (CNPDP) in Taiwanese industry-academic collaboration projects over time. Results indicate that: first, as compared with earlier-stage knowledge heterogeneity, the latter-stage knowledge heterogeneity influences more negatively and significantly on shortterm CNPDP; second, relatively, the latter-stage knowledge heterogeneity influences negatively on short-term CNPDP, while thirdly, knowledge creation mechanisms influences more significantly on long-term CNPDP positively or negatively – whereas the socialization and externalization mechanisms influence negatively, the combination and internalization influence positively on the longterm CNPDP. We make explicit the importance impacts of collective knowledge structure and formalized knowledge creation mechanisms. Such results also offer implications for the theory and practices regarding continuous development of industry-academic collaboration.
