本文介紹西屋電氣公司資訊系統服務部在處理數量龐大變動頻繁的資料情況下，經過作業評估採用Komaster 200型電腦輸出縮影機及一些附屬設備，改良了辦公室作業，節有空間加快了服務時效的概況。

The Beaver, Pa. Division of Westinghouse Electric Corporation surveyed all the departments within the Division and found a very practical way of modernizing the operations of the office. To save cost and space and to enhance operational efficiency, the office automation is well coordinated so that duplicated storage of information among related departments can be eliminated. After a detailed evaluation and consultation by the equipment vendor, Komstar 200 microimage processor of Kodak has been chosen. This machine meets the two essential prerequistites which should be possessed by a capable CON-i.e. the elimination of wet chemicals for processing films and the flexibility for producing both roll-form microfilm and microfiche.
