Ameloblastic fibro-odontoma is a rare, mixed odontogenic tumor. It is characteristically slow growing and asymptomatic swelling, delayed tooth eruption and with a mixed radiolucent/radiopaque appearance within a well-defined border. It shows a slight predilection for boy with a mean age of roughly 9 year-old. It locates most often in the posterior segment of mandible. Two cases of this tumor are presented. Both lesions associated with an unerupted tooth and showed typical histopathological features of ameloblastic fibro-odontoma. They were treated by enucleation with no recurrence. Because of its rarity, the diagnosis and treatment of this disease were discussed in this report.
