Single Implant-Supported Restorations-A 10-Year Clinical Study
單一人工植牙支持性牙套－十年臨床追蹤
摘要
180根人工植體種在164個病人的上下穎，十年的臨床追蹤只有兩支在上顎大臼齒區域的人工植體骨整合失敗，失敗率為百分之一點一，所有其他單一人工植牙支持性義齒不但是在功能或是美觀上皆表現良好，其周圍的牙齦組織也都表現正常。其中有兩支上顎後牙區域的人工植牙支持性義齒的植牙牙柱螺絲在完成一年後鬆弛，經過在鎖緊後觀察也都功能正常。因此，單一人工植牙支持性義齒的確是一種預期性很高的治療模式。

One hundred and eighty dental implants were inserted to support single tooth restorations in 164 patients (n=180) participating in a prospective clinical investigation. Two of the implants (1.1%) were lost after 10 years of clinical follow up. Most of the remaining implant-supported restorations were functionally and esthetically successful by using implant components. The gingival condition was healthy around the single crown margins and coincided well with the clinical situation around the natural teeth. Two loose abutment screw problem was experienced during 10-year follow up period.
