Dental Implants for Anterior Single Tooth Replacement-A 8-Year Clinical Study
單一前牙人工植牙支持性牙套－八年臨床追蹤
摘要
One hundred and thirty-two dental implants were inserted to support anterior single tooth restorations in 126 patients (n =132) participating in a prospective clinical investigation. One of the implants (0.75%) was lost during 8 years of clinical function. Most of the remaining restorations (n = 129, 98.5 %) were esthetically successful by using customized implant components. The gingival condition was healthy around the single crowns and coincided well with the clinical situation around the permanent teeth. Two loose abutment screws problems was experienced during 8-year follow up period.

132根人工植體種在126個病人的上下顎，八年的臨床追蹤只有一支在上顎中門齒區域的人工植體骨整合失敗，失敗率爲百分之零點七五，所有其他單一人工植牙支持性義齒不但是在功能或是美觀上皆表現良好，其周圍的牙齦組織也都表現正常。其中有兩支上顎中門齒區域的人工植牙支持性義齒的植牙牙柱螺絲在完成一年後鬆弛，經過在鎖緊後觀察也都功能正常。因此，單一前牙人工植牙支持性義齒的確是一種預期性很高的治療模式。
