摘要

傳統上，上顎前牙區局部缺牙都採取固定牙橋來進行補綴，它的美觀及長期成功率均不錯，缺點是必須破壞兩旁的牙齒。近年來人工牙根植牙及引導骨再生術均已達到不錯的結果，再加上對軟組織處理能力的提昇，因此對於上顎前牙區局部缺牙即使是側門牙均可以得到理想的效果。另外一階段的人工牙根長期成功率不亞於二階段的人工牙根，即使用在前牙區效果亦同。因此本報告的目的是用一個臨床的病例探討使用小尺寸非埋入式的人工牙根，一次手術合併異體移植骨和引導骨再生術，將缺牙區修復的情形，提供臨床治療局部缺牙的另一種選擇。

Traditionally, fixed partially denture is used to restore the maxillary anterior missing tooth. The esthetic and long term prognosis are acceptable. However, the neighboring virgin teeth should be prepared as abutment teeth. Recently, the high predictability of dental implant and guided bone regeneration have been achieved. In addition, the ability of soft tissue management has been increased. On the other hand, the long-term success rate of one stage implant has been proved similar to that of two stage implant. Therefore, this report provides a case report to demonstrate the use of one stage implant of small diameter to restore the maxillary anterior missing lateral incisor.
