摘要

一階段非埋入式人工牙根文獻記載長期成功率可以預期，但是在大臼區域單顆植體贋復的長期研究並不多。奇美醫院自1997年8月起開始引進使用至2003年底將近六年期間，大臼齒區域單顆值贗復後滿半年且定期追踨者共63位患者；男性33位，女性30位。平均年齡爲40.03歲。大臼齒區域單顆植體共植入82顆一階段ITI人工牙根。上顎16(19.5%)顆，下顎66(80.5%)顆，上顎下顎的比例大約在1:4左右。人工牙根的直經4.1mm以上而長度大部分是10mm和12mm的（70顆；85.3%）。五年存活率(survival rate)100%；成功率(success rate)97.75%。從上述的資料顯示一階段非埋入式人工牙根確實是臨床上可以有效解決患者大臼齒區域缺牙的途徑之一。

One-stage non-submerged dental implant has been reported that long-term success is predictable. However, the report of application of this implant in molar area is not quite often. The ITI dental implant system has been used in the Dental Department, Chi Mei Medical Center since August of 1997. By the end of 2003, 82 implants had been placed as a single-implant in molar area. Total patients are 63 including 33 males and 30 females, with mean of 40.03 years old. The majority of implants (85%) were placed in mandibular molar area and 19.5% were in maxilla. 83.5% of implants were 10 to 12 mm in length. The 5-year cumulative survival rate is was 100% the 5-year success rate is 97.75%. Therefore, it is possible to place one-stage non-submerged as a single-implant in molar area. Single-implant can be applied as one of restorative ways in molar area.
