登山健行之休閒效益及步態分析:以加里山為例

Leisure Benefits and Gait Analysis of Mountaineering and Hiking: Taking Cali Mountain for Example

摘要


登山健行已被確認為有益身心健康的休閒活動。國人因週休二日的關係,已有愈來愈多的登山愛好者投入此一活動,特別是退休人員從事登山健行的人數日愈增加。然而,登山健行與一般健走有所不同,主要因為山上的活動不確定因素較多,諸如高度、氣候、路況以及運動傷害等。有鑑於國內的研究大多以健走為主,有關登山健行之研究較為缺乏,也因此,本研究仍針對登山健行者之休閒效益予以探討,並以加里山為例,來了解登山健行者之步速與施力知覺。本研究以問卷調查和實際量測為主,總共有65位登山健行者參與者接受訪問,其中有15位受試者接受加里山登山步伐量測。資料收集分析後發現登山健行對於休閒效益具有正向的效應,其同意度高達82.6%,而在加里山登山過程中其主觀施力知覺以膝蓋最累,其次為大腿和小腿,登山健行之平均步頻為41步/分,平均步速為0.49米/秒,平均步幅為0.71米/步,大約為平地健行者速度之51-70%左右。

Mountaineering and hiking have been verified as leisure activities which are beneficial to physical and mental health. Due to the implementation of five-day workweek in Taiwan, a growing number of mountaineers have engaged in mountaineering. The number of retirees engaging in mountaineering and hiking has particularly been increasing. However, mountaineering and hiking are different from general hiking mainly because there are more uncertainties in mountain activities, such as altitude, climate, road condition and sports injuries. Most of the studies in Taiwan focus on hiking, while seldom discuss mountaineering and hiking. Therefore, this study intends to investigate the leisure benefits of mountaineers and hikers, and takes Cali Mountain as an example to understand the perceived pace and force of mountaineers and hikers. This study conducted a questionnaire survey and used actual measurement to collect data. A total of 65 mountaineers and hikers received the interviews, and 15 of them underwent the gait measurement at Cali Mountain. After the data analysis, this study found that mountaineering and hiking have a positive effect on leisure benefits, and as many as 82.6% of the respondents agreed with it. During the mountaineering of Cali Mountain, the perceived fatigue of subjective force on knees is the highest, followed by thigh and calf. The average footstep frequency of mountaineering and hiking 41 steps/min, and the average pace is 0.49 meters/second, the average stride is 0.71 meters/step and the average speed is approximately 51-70% of that of plain hikers.
