摘要

目的：本院護理部作業標準共136份，並存放於醫院資訊系統，護理師須開啟十一個網頁頁簽，才能找到所需的作業標準，故須簡化本部作業標準搜尋步驟與時間，有效提升臨床照護品質。方法：運用心智圖概念，將技術類作業標準文件依人形圖器官位置進行分類；而照護及流程類的作業標準文件依病人門診、入院至出院時間軸進行分類，輔以資訊超連結功能，簡化文件搜尋流程。結果：本研究採方便取樣方式蒐集30位臨床護理師，進行新系統實際操作，時間減少58.3%～68.3%，護理師對於新系統滿意度達98.67%。結論：運用心智圖概念與資訊超連結功能，可提升臨床應用性並增加工作效能。

Objective: The hospital's nursing department currently has 136 standard operating procedures (SOPs) stored in its information management system. Therefore, to find required SOPs in the system, nurses have to open 11 tabs for web pages. Moreover, the categorization of technical standards into 19 subgroups causes even more difficulty in accessing required SOPs. Thus, to effectively improve the quality of clinical care, simplifying the search process and shortening the time required for searching desired SOPs are necessary. Methods: The mind mapping concept was used to categorize technical standards based on the location of organs in the human anatomy. Furthermore, nursing care and procedural standards were categorized according to the timeline from outpatient service, admission, to discharge, coupled with the hyperlink function to simplify the search process. Results: Through convenience sampling, we recruited 30 clinical nurses who performed the actual operation of the new system. The results showed that the search time significantly decreased from 68.3% to 58%, and the satisfaction rate of nurses with the new system reached 98.67%. Conclusions/Implications for practice: Using the mind mapping concept and hyperlink function, nurses could obtain desired SOPs faster, thereby improving clinical applicability and enhancing their work efficiency.
