摘要

雙和醫院新陳代謝科多年執行糖尿病共同照護網多次得獎獲得肯定，參與品質認證更是展現本院的承諾。糖尿病疾病認證準備期間，需科內團隊分工合作，收集相關資料並檢視標準作業流程，團隊與各科之間透過會議討論及院內教育進行溝通，建立全院統一標準流程。糖尿病衛教也是提升品質重要的一環，由衛教師主動協助糖尿病病友找出問題，並回饋主治醫師。糖尿病的醫療創新是未來趨勢，本院持續精進此新的醫療科技，希望透過系統電腦化監控及流程改善，提升糖尿病照護品質。

The Metabolism and Endocrinology Division of Shuang Ho Hospital has operated a diabetic care network for years, winning several awards and acclaims. The division has also participated in quality certification to fulfill the commitment of the hospital. Preparing certifications for diabetic care requires the division of labor within the Metabolism and Endocrinology Division in collecting relevant data and examining related standard operating procedures. Through communications between medical teams and between divisions, discussions at meetings, and education within the hospital, a uniform standard operating procedure is formed for the entire hospital. Diabetic health education also plays a crucial role in improving the quality of care. Health educators actively assist patients diagnosed with diabetes in finding problems and provide feedbacks to attending physicians accordingly. With medical innovation for diabetic care being an upcoming trend, Shuang Ho Hospital shall continue to advance its medical technology; in addition to adopting computerized monitoring systems, medical care procedures shall be further enhanced to promote the quality of diabetic care.
