The purpose of this study was to investigate top 300 Taiwanese enterprises’ acceptance and future employment of adventure training programs. This study employed questionnaires to collect data and SPSS software to analyze the data. The findings of this study are: 1. The enterprises showed high acceptance toward team efficiency and personal efficiency brought by adventure training programs, but low acceptance toward that efficiency brought by adventure training programs could be easily transferred back to the working situation. 2. Over 60% of the enterprises would like to employ adventure training programs for the future human resource training. However, they worried the safety and effectiveness associated with adventure training programs. This study suggests that there is a need of deeper and broader studies for the efficiency of adventure training programs upon large enterprises. Furthermore, the comparison of the efficiency of adventure training programs between large and small businesses is needed, in order to provide better understanding of the application of adventure training programs in Taiwan.
