跨部門城市體驗式學習對團隊溝通信任影響之研究-以某高科技公司為例

Interdepartmental City Experience Learning of Team Communication and Trust Affect- A Case Study of a High-Tech Company

摘要


本研究以體驗式學習與部門間的溝通為出發點。在現今的社會,隨著外在環境的競爭變化,企業的經營方式不再單講求各功能部門獨立發揮運作的能力,而是常常需要與其他部門主動協調與互動。若要將效能發揮至最大,部門之間彼此的溝通合作與提升解決問題的能力就顯得十分重要。近年來體驗式學習是企業間關注並推廣一種新型培訓方式,因為其在於降低員工學習障礙的基礎上,放大和超越員工在非正式情境中所獲得的體驗,藉由員工的體悟和彼此間的經驗分享交流整合,進而提高知識和技能。本研究在訓練過程中,採用社會計量法研究團體內成員之間人際關係變化和人際相互作用的模式,探討體驗式學習是否有助於提升跨部門之間溝通。研究結果發現體驗式學習的確有助於學員在團隊溝通、問題解決的能力,也因為學員們一同在教育訓練中互助合作提升熟悉度,讓各部門平時之間的交流比以往更頻繁。本研究發現體驗式學習課程可以提升跨部門之間對彼此的情感、溝通交流且有助於提升問題解決能力,且達顯著成效。

The study is based on experiential learning and the communication between departments as a starting point. Nowadays, the society changes as the external environment of competition differs, the independently functioning of a single department are no longer enough for conducting a business, thus the active coordination and interaction with other departments are required. In order to maximum the effectiveness of the organization, the necessary of enhancing communication and mutual cooperation between departments and the ability of solving problems become very important. For instance, through brainstorming, the fulfillment of cooperation in course design is beyond imagination that the individual output that can hardly achieve. In recent years, experiential learning is a new approach of training that deserves concern among enterprises, because it lower staffs' disabilities of basic learning, enlarge and exceed the experience employees can gain in the informal situations. With employees' understanding and the exchange of mutual experience sharing integration, the knowledge and skills are improved. In this study, the training process adopts sociometry to discuss interpersonal patterns changes and interpersonal interactions among members within the group to investigate whether experiential learning can help improve interdepartmental communication. The results of the study found that experiential learning did help students to communicate in the team, the ability to solve problems, but also because the students together in education and training to help each other to enhance the familiarity of cooperation, so that the exchanges between departments in general than ever. The study found that experiential learning course can enhance the feelings between interdepartmental communication, and help cross-sectorals to improve problem solving skills and reach results.
