Based on the relatively lack of research on the development and the implementation of adventure programing in the academic research of adventure education in Taiwan, the purpose of this research was to use a large number of people and multiple steps from T Company for making the research procedures of adventure programming a better completion and more rigorous. The "Team Leadership" program served as a research for the development and implementation of the adventure programming, making the research plan for the development and implementation of the adventure programming a good completion. The main purpose of this research is to modify the method of data collection, especially to train the team observation skills of the co-researcher, and the content of the team observation record of the co-researcher should observe the performance of the participants and two items of human interaction. Collaborative research and observation records should be scored for the two behavior indicators of "leadership" and "cooperation". Also recorded the actions of the participants, observed the entire program implementation process, and the changes in the participants' leadership behavior. It is recommended that future researchers can also refer to the practice of leading research to help clarify the research theme, purpose, and apply leading research to train co-researchers to familiar with the focus of team observation and recording methods. This research also determined the format and content of the "team observation record" of the co-researcher and the "lead reflection record" of the project leader, especially the "individual behavior, interaction between individuals, subgroups and the team as a whole entity". Thus, it lays the foundation for the subsequent research in the development and implementation of adventure programming.
