技職院校圖文傳播科系學生就業相關課程探討

A Study on the Curriculum of Graphic Communication Related Majors in Vocational Schools

摘要


本研究探討圖文傳播業具備的工作特質與能力,希望由此了解業界需求及未來趨勢,接著發展圖文傳播科系學生之能力內涵,進而導引課程發展,再推廣至教育界與訓練界。預期所獲得的能力內涵與就業課程,將對圖文傳播工作及與課程相關的學術研究及教育訓練單位有所貢獻。 研究首先探討圖文傳播業現況和應具備之能力,其次蒐集各先進國家有關發展能力標準的相關文獻,針對工作分析(Job analysis)方法、能力標準架構(Competency standard framework)等,進行文獻探討,以獲得圖文傳播能力基本架構之初稿。再透過兩次專家焦點團體,藉由與專家晤談中獲得詳細之工作任務與能力內涵。接著進行編製「技職院校數圖文傳播系學生就業課程」德懷術問卷,最後經過三次德懷術(Delphi)問卷調查,以獲得學生就業相關之課程內容。 研究獲得初步成果如下: 確定技職院校圖文傳播科系學生之就業相關課程依設計基礎、印前製程、印刷製作、印後作業等四個類共有圖文傳播概論等20門理論課程與10門實習課程。

The study is aimed to investigate the work characteristics and competency required by the workers of graphic communication, to probe the needs of the industry and the trend of the world of work, and to generate suitable competency contents helping school students develop and obtain the related work preparation. The competency contents generated from the study are adopted to design curriculum for the education and training, which bring a great contribution to the academic and practical areas. The study first explores the industry of graphic communication and related job requirements. Literature review is conducted to collect the study on the job analysis method and the competency standard framework for the development of competency standard in advanced countries. A draft structure of the competency analysis of graphic communication is then generated. Moreover, the detailed job tasks and competency contents are concluded by expert interviews throughout focus groups twice. we design Delphi questionnaires and use the results to construct professional curriculum. The study obtains the preliminary achievement as follows: A Study on the Curriculum of Graphic Communication Related Majors in Vocational Schools of design basis, Prepress System, Press, Post-Press related 30 courses.
