摘要

出版是資訊傳播專門載體的其中一種模式，其功能可傳播任何種類的資訊。在市場的激烈競爭下，優秀的人力更是具備競爭優勢的重要因素。出版社印務人員已不能再如同過去單純的勞力付出；而優秀的技術人員應具備哪些專業職能，並如何透過專業職能項目、加強與重視印務職能共識的研究依據，即是本研究的目的。本研究屬探討性研究，探討與分析出版社印務人員專業職能的需求與重點。研究對象為臺北地區出版社印務人員，採用問卷調查法進行抽樣調查。茲將研究結果摘要如下：1.經由文獻探討及專家訪談彙整分析後，歸納整理出報社印務部門技術人員的專業職能項目；在問卷施測後，經統計整理分析，最後獲得「知識面」、「技能面」及「態度面」等三個職能構面。2.本研究結果顯示，知識面職能需求超越技能面與態度面，可見出版社在過去繁瑣的作業流程、工作技能與個人經驗，已被新科技與新設備所整合、輔助或替代，故知識面職能的重要性隨之提升。3. 本研究結果顯示，受測者工作屬性及服務年資等不同變項中，除受測者工作屬性對印務人員在知識面與技能面職能需求之影響，無顯著差異外，其餘不同變項在知識面、技能面及態度面職能需求之影響，均有顯著差異。

The publication is one of information and communication mode, its function spreads any information. In the intense market competition, the excellent manpower is the most important factor for competitive advantage. Printing publishers can no longer pay as simply labor as past. The main purpose for this study is caring about what professional skills outstanding technician have, and how to by professional function, reinforce and pay much attention on printing. This is an exploratory study to examine and analyze printing publishers' demand and emphasis. The object of study is Taipei area and using questionnaires to a sample survey. The results are summarized as follows:1. Via the literature review and expert interviews, we collated newspaper printing department professional skills. In the questionnaire analyze by statistical, finally obtain the ”knowledge”, ”skill” and ”attitude” in three functional.2. The results of this study show the demand for knowledge beyond ability and attitude, apparently publishers' complicated operating flow, work skill and personal experience have been integrated, assisted or displaced by new technology or equipment, so the importance of knowledge is increasing.3. The results of this study show subjects' variables property and years of service, except the property affected publishers' knowledge and skill, it does not have any discrepancy, but the rest of variables are with differences.
