桃園市台灣好行觀光吸引力、旅遊資訊來源、服務滿意度與重遊意願之研究

A Study on Tourist Attraction, Travel Information Resource and Service Satisfaction toward Revisiting Willingness for Taiwan Tourist Shuttle in Taoyuan City

摘要


本研究主要目的在於了解桃園市台灣好行觀光吸引力、旅遊資訊來源、服務滿意度與重遊意願之情形,分析遊客觀光吸引力、服務滿意度與重遊意願之差異情況,進而探討觀光吸引力、旅遊資訊來源與服務滿意度對重遊意願之影響。以桃園市台灣好行搭乘遊客為母體,採立意取樣方式選取曾搭乘過桃園市台灣好行之遊客351 人為研究樣本,回收問卷數為351 份,有效問卷數為248 份,問卷回收率與有效率依續為100% 與70.7%。抽取受試者經施以研究者自編「桃園市台灣好行觀光吸引力、服務滿意度與重遊意願調查表」為研究工進行資料蒐集,利用描述性統計、t 考驗(t-test)、單因子變異數分析(one-way ANOVA) 以及逐步多元迴歸分析(stepwise multiple regression analysis) 等統計方式,進行各項考驗,以獲得研究結果。綜合研究結果包含:(1)不同遊客屬性之性別、年齡、居住地、婚姻狀況、職業在觀光吸引力、服務滿意度與重遊意願並無顯著差異;而教育程度與薪資在重遊意願方面則有顯著差異;(2)對於重遊意願,其中「政策規劃」、「入口網站」、「硬體服務」、「網路論壇」、「廣播」、「親朋好友」與「旅服中心」,共有51.4% 預測力,以「政策規劃」具有41.3% 預測力最高。

The aim of this study is to understand the prediction power of tourist attraction, travel information resource and service satisfaction toward revisiting willingness, and to analysis their relationship variables in between. The subjects of the study are the current research treats the Taiwan tourist shuttle tourist in Taoyuan City and utilizing the method purposive samples for picking up the participants. The 248 tourist were considered as the samples. The valid return rate were 70.7%. Participants were tested in the "Tourist Attraction Scale" and "Service Satisfaction Scale" and "Revisiting Willingness Scale". The date were analysis by descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA and stepwise multi-regression analysis for further revisiting willingness test. The relationships between the experimental factors are discussed thoroughly. The results of this research are as follows: (1) There were significant difference within education degree in revisiting willingness. (2) There existed a negative correlation between revisiting willingness. In addition, policy planning, portal site, hardware service, internet forum, broadcast, friends and family, visitor information center. The revisiting willingness had the most explanation on the predictability of policy planning, it could account for 41.3% variances of revisiting willingness.
