不同印刷版式測試印製潛影防偽效果之研究

摘要


本在眾多的版紋防偽技術中,本研究選用潛影防偽技術,並將潛影防偽技術分為兩大類,第一類潛影防偽為不用解碼工具,只要在某個角度下就可以看出隱藏的訊息;第二類潛影防偽要用解碼工具才能顯示出隱藏的訊息,解碼工具為光柵板,為了配合光柵規格,本研究選用50LPI及100LPI的光柵板當解碼工具,在潛影防偽圖像設計上,我們選用5種花紋及50LPI和100LPI兩種頻率,第一類潛影防偽效果分別0度與90度交錯及45度與135度交錯,同時加入波線干擾視覺,增強隱藏效果。第二類潛影防偽效果以扭曲移置方式完成潛影防偽圖像,在點陣過網形狀選擇直線與圓點,同時也完成0度與90度交錯及45度與135度交錯的潛影技術。首先分別完成每種的潛影技術後,再拼成大版輸出印刷。本研究採用5種不同版式印刷,分別為無水平版印刷、平版UV互斥油墨印刷、網版印刷、數位噴墨印刷及數位碳粉印刷。印刷完後,分別以肉眼觀察判定第一類潛影果,當一眼就看出隱藏的訊息,則實驗成功,或者當任何角度都無法看出隱藏的訊息,則判定實驗是失敗。第二類潛影果是以光柵板置放在潛影圖像,並在正確的旋轉度下可以看到影藏的信息。

Among the many anti-counterfeiting technologies, we use the latent image anti-counterfeiting technology to divide the latent image anti-counterfeiting technology into two categories. The first type of latent image anti-counterfeiting is no need for decoding tools, as long as the hidden information can be seen at a certain angle; The second type of latent image anti-counterfeiting must use the decoding tool to display the hidden message. The decoding tool is a lenticular sheets. In order to match lenticular sheets specifications, this study selects the 50LPI and 100LPI lenticular sheets as the decoding tool, and we use it in the latent image security image design. There are 5 kinds of patterns and 50LPI and 100LPI frequencies. The first type of latent image anti-counterfeiting effects are 0 degree and 90 degree interlaced and 45 degrees and 135 degrees respectively. At the same time, the wave line interference vision is added to enhance the hidden effect. The second type of latent image anti-counterfeiting effect has been distorted and displaced to complete the latent image security image, and the line and the dot are selected in the shape of screen.. At the same time, the latent image technology of 0 degree and 90 degree interleaving and 45 degree and 135 degree interleaving is also completed. After each type of latent image technology is completed separately, it will be printed into a complete of output printing. The study used five different layouts, namely waterless offset printing, pro-cure offset UV printing, screen printing, digital inkjet printing and digital toner printing, the first type of latent image is judged by naked eyes. At a glance, the hidden message is seen, or the hidden message cannot be seen at any angle. We judge that the experiment is a failure, and vice versa, it is successful or feasible. The second type of latent image is placed on the latent image by a grating plate, and the information of the image can be seen under the correct rotation.
