數位印後製程創新與加值商品開發

本研究以數位印刷後製流程為研究重心，目的在探討如何以傳統的後製加工，導入新的製程，使數位印刷業者能更有效率的產製出更有競爭力的產品，以及使消費者也能利用數位印刷的客製化，能享有物美價廉的商品。研究方法採個案研究及專家調查法，所開發新之製程為多數業者接受，且願意投資採用，並使設備供應商有更好的銷售實績。未來消費者不斷的增加需求，供應商必須不斷的提出解決方案，身為專業的印後製程供應商，應不斷的找出解決方案，使設計者有更多的想像空間來實現商品之產出。傳統印後加工皆有數量上的限制，如基本量、上機費等要求而面對少量多樣的市場需求，僅有數位印刷能合乎要求。傳統印後正因為有一定的量，所以後製的設備就必須有速度的要求，故而體積龐大價格昂貴。而數位印後加工所產製的成品品質，要與傳統完全相同有一定難度，這正是本論文所要探討、闡述的重點。研究結果：一、藉由五項創新製程使創作者更易發揮，簡易的製程亦讓業者受益。二、由簡易的生產設備讓業者有意願投資。

This research aims to study the product Development for Digital printing finish. The purpose of this study is to investigate how to use the traditional printing finish processing to introduce a new manufacturing process, in order to let the digital printing industry can produce more competitive products more efficiently. And the digital printing customization can also be utilized by consumers, to enjoy the excellent quality and reasonable price goods. Research methods adopted case study and expert investigation method, the development of the new process which accepted by the majority of the industry, and willing to invest in use, this also made equipment suppliers have better sales performance. As consumers demand continue to increase into the future, suppliers must continue proposed new solutions. As a professional post-press process supplier must continue to find a solution, so that designers have more imagination to achieve the output of goods. Traditional printing finish processing all have a printing number of restrictions, such as the basic printing amount, the minimum running cost, and so on, in the face of a small amount of diverse market demand, only digital printing can meet the requirements. Because of the traditional printing finish work required a certain amount, so all systems of the equipment must have the speed requirements, and therefore it is bulky and expensive. However, the quality of printing finished products produced by digital printing processing is quite difficult to be exactly the same as the traditional ones. This is precisely the point to be discussed and elaborated in this dissertation. Research result: 1. Make creators easier to play with five innovative processes and simple processes that benefit the industry. 2. By the simple production equipment so that makes the industry is willing to invest.
