摘要

Lumbar muscle strain is caused by chronic lumbar soft tissue injuries. The occurrence of the illness is closely related with the patients' long-term wrong or fixed working postures. Long-term mistherapy will lead to myofibrosis because of accumulative injury. The serious cases have gradual laceration with edema and hemorrhage. And then, the syndrome of fibrosis can be identified, presenting with strip-shaped or rounded induration on the ill part. This will induce long-term chronic lumbar pain.
Lumbar muscle strain has negative effects on the patient's daily life, life quality and work. The uncomfortableness and repeated relapse of lumbar pain make the patients have psychological pressure and feel emotional upset due to worrying work-schedule and work-quality. The purpose of this Study is try to provide the patients with access to cimple, convenient, cheap, quick and effective methods to treat lumbar muscle strain.
