摘要


凡是精子、卵子、受精卵、性激素,以及促性腺激素,都具有一定的抗炎性,因此導致免疫反應所造成的不孕,就稱為免疫性不孕。 所以它包括了精子的免疫以及卵子的免疫。所謂精子的免疫,就是太太的免疫系統攻擊先生的精子,這是屬於同種免疫;當先生的免疫系統攻擊自己的精子,或太太的免疫系統攻擊自己的卵子,以上這兩者就是屬於自體免疫。所以當血液循環,或者是體液中,抗精子抗體滴定度過高,超出了正常範圍,使精子產生了自身凝集,或者是活動力受限,自然就會導致所謂的免疫性不孕。

All of sperms, ovum, fertilized ovum, sex hormone, gonadotropins have certain anti-inflammatory effect. Their immune responses may cause infertility. This is called as immune infertility. There is a type of immune infertility where the woman produces antibodies to her partner's sperm. It's a kind of isoimmunization. Another type of immuni infertility is autoimmunization where the man produces antibodies to his own sperm or the woman produces antibodies to her own ovum. Sometimes the anti-sperm antibodies titer value in blood circulation or body fluid is higher than normal range, which then causes immune infertility because of sperm agglutination or sperm activity limitation.
