摘要
門診的經驗累積中，發現了許多患者受傷後，在被治療或照護的過程中，有許多觀念及方法是有瑕疵的。筆者認為有一部份原因是醫師沒有善盡詳細衛教的工作。復健注意事項提供醫界參閱。踝關節扭挫傷之後，在初期患部的腫脹、發熱與疼痛會因為治療而逐漸緩解，但在後期卻無法與日俱減，而面臨到無法完全痊癒的瓶頸。
