A Study on the Relationships between Motherhood Beliefs and Maternal Gatekeeping

摘要

The purpose of this study was to explore the relationships on motherhood beliefs and maternal gatekeeping. The data have been collected from research's motherhood beliefs scale and maternal gatekeeping scale. A total of 402 questionnaires were passed to the preschoolers’ mothers, and 313 were collected valid.
The data collected from target samples were analyzed by regression analysis. The research finds that the ＜||＞motherhood mission＜||＞, ＜||＞motherhood achievement＜||＞ and ＜||＞motherhood practice＜||＞ have varying degrees of influence on maternal gatekeeping.
The conclusions were drawn based on previous findings, some suggestions were proposed for mothers and researchers.
