幼稚園實施品格教育之行動研究-以中部一所私立幼稚園中班幼兒為例

The Action Research of Character Education in a Private Kindergarten from the Central Part of Taiwan as an Example

摘要


本研究採行動研究法,探討品格教育融入幼稚園教學之可行性與實施成效。本研究以繪本為主,設計一套適用於中班幼兒的品格教育課程,以研究者所任職園所之26名中班幼兒為研究對象,進行十六單元的品格教育教學活動。本研究以品格核心「尊重」、「關懷」、「責任」、「分享」為主題,研究過程中藉由實際教學、觀察記錄、省思札記、訪談、學習單以及家長回饋等方式進行資料的蒐集與分析。本研究結果發現以繪本實施品格教育能有效提升幼兒良好行為表現。研究者亦針對品格教育實施歷程所遭遇之困境與因應對策進行探究。最後,研究者根據研究結果提出相關的建議與省思,以供未來研究及其他幼稚園實施品格教育之參考。

This study applied action research to evaluate the feasibility and the teaching effectiveness of character education in a private kindergarten. In order to achieve the purpose of research, the picture books which stressed certain character of the children were applied for the purpose of improving children behaviors, some other activities were designed especially for this character education. The subjects of this study were 26 children with the age between 4 to 5. The researcher and the coworker designed 16 units of the character education and some other teaching activities. The core character of this action study were ”respect”, ”care”, ”responsibility” and ”sharing”. The researcher collected the experimental data through practical teaching observation records, reflection notes, interviews, and parents feedbacks. The findings of this study indicated that the moral teaching based on the picture books are feasible and effective in the character education of young children. The researchers also discussed the difficulties of moral teaching and provided some possible solutions. Based on the results of this study, the researcher provided some suggestions for the future study and to other educators who are interested in applying the character education to their kindergartens.
