標示圖形性別及訓練對於人員的危害標示理解力影響之研究

摘要


本研究旨在探討目前中華民國危害標示之圖形對受試者理解力表現之影響。研究的因子共有三個,分別爲標示之呈現圖形、性別及是否接受危害標示的相關訓練。實驗共分兩個階段,第一階段實驗進行時,受試者並未曾接受危害標示的相關訓練。而進行第二階段實驗之前,讓受試者接受危害標示說明之訓練。本研究結果顯示,不同的危害標示圖形對於受試者理解程度有顯著差異;性別對於標示圖形的理解力則無明顯的影響。另外兩階段實驗的結果有明顯的差異,因此施予危害標示訓練,可使受試者對標示之理解力增加。研究之結果說明了目前危害標示之圖形對於ANSI及ISO之標準之符合程度,以作爲標示圖形修正或重新設計的參考,使使用者能夠一眼就看出危害標示的意義;同時本研究發現,施以工業安全中危害標示之教育及相關訓練,對於人員對危害標示圖形的理解力具有提升之作用。

This study investigated the effects of the symbolic pictorial of R.O.C. hazardous label (twelve types), gender (male and female), and training (before training and after training) on the comprehension of subjects. The symbolic pictorial of hazardous label was a significant factor for the comprehension of subjects. However, gender had not significant effect on the comprehension of subjects. Training for hazardous labels was also a significant factor for the comprehension of subjects. Subjects performed better comprehension on symbolic pictorials of hazardous labels after training. The results of this paper revealed whether the symbolic pictorials of the twelve hazardous labels fitted the criteria of ANSI and ISO standards or not. Besides, some suggestions for revising the symbolic pictorials of hazardous labels were provided in this paper.
