摘要

安全管理是全面性的，需要在組織各層級人員共同努力，而且是預防重於補救的，檢核表是有效的安全管理工具。本研究以宏觀人因工程(Macroergonomics)的觀點來探討安全管理的問題，也就是不只考慮原有的人員、設備、環境及工作任務等因素，更要著重於整個組織構面的因素。根據宏觀人因工程理論所延伸出管理、情境、人員三大架構，經由專家審查及問卷調查分析的過程，得出本研究之安全管理檢核表，能提供給企業在安全管理時一個適宜的工具。

Occupational safety and health is important to all industries. It not only safeguards the welfare of workers, but also improves efficiency and effectiveness. It helps to enhance quality and profit, and keep positive image of companies. In order to keep occupational safety, it is essential to maintain tasks, equipment and work environments in sound condition. More importantly, it should be treated in organizational and socio-technical levels by adopting a macroergonomical point of view. This research incorporated safety management ideas from various sources including BS 8800 and OHSAS 18001 to come up with a safety management checklist. In which checklist, macroergonomical point of view is stressed to ensure its usefulness.
