充電式電動手工具把手位置之作業績效分析

The Performance of Cordless Power Tooling in Different Handle Positions

摘要


本研究探討不同握把位置之充電式電動手工具在水平、垂直與頭頂等三種作業面的螺絲鎖入平均時間、螺絲卸下平均時間、偏差量、握力下降百分比以及受試者主觀知覺評量之效應與分析。共募集12位大學慣用右手之男學生爲受試者,結果發現不同作業面對於螺絲鎖入平均時間、螺絲卸下平均時間、握力下降百分比與主觀知覺評量等皆有顯著效應;而不同手工具把手位置對於螺絲鎖入時間、螺絲卸下時間及偏差量則有顯著效應。整體而言,手工具以原型-單握把手工具的績效最佳,作業面則以進行垂直作業面時的績效最佳,且實驗過程中以虎口部位最容易酸痛。本研究發現在垂直作業面之鎖卸螺絲作業中,雖然180°雙握把手工具的鎖入平均時間與卸下平均時間並非最短,但是其偏差量最小、握力下降百分比最小且虎口酸痛程度最低,因此建議在垂直作業面上使用180°雙握把手工具,可以較省力且較精確地將螺絲鎖入目標,並可降低虎口部位之累積性職業傷害。最後本研究提出手工具使用建議表,讓使用者在不同的工作情況能夠挑選較佳的手工具進行作業。

This research mainly focused on discussing the different holding positions of charging hand tools for the horizontal, vertical and top, the three operating planes. Then it deliberated the performance of screws tightening, off screwing, the deviation, the declination percentage of grasp strength, and rating of perceived exertion (RPE). Twelve undergraduate males were recruited in the study. The study discovered that different operating planes have significant effects on screw tightening time, off screwing time, declination percentage of grasp strength, and P-PB. And different handle positions have significant effects on tightening, off screwing time, and deviation. General speaking, the original single handle hand tool has the best working performance. The easiest operating plane for participants is in vertical position. However, the RPE showed that the pressure was highest on the web between the index finger and the thumb. Furthermore, we suggested using 180° double-handle tooling on vertical working plane because the best deviation, declination percentage of grasp strength and web soreness although the time of screws tightening and off screwing was not the shortest. Finally, we propose a hand tool guide for users whom can select a best tool to perform works.
