TFT-LCD模組組裝製程之人因危害分析及改善設計

Ergonomics Hazards Analysis and Improvement Design of Module Assembly Process in TFT-LCD Factories

摘要


最近幾年薄膜電晶體液晶顯示器〔thin film transistor-liquid crystal display, TFT-LCD〕在市場上需求大幅度地增加,導致大廠也紛紛投入薄膜電晶體液晶顯示器(TFT-LCD)的研發及量產,將台灣快速推向世界TFT-LCD生產重鎮之一。儘管大多製程都已自動化,後段模組製程仍有部分還是必須以人力爲主軸。本研究目的爲針對南部地區某TFT-LCD後段模組廠人員,探討人因危害的情形,並以提供改善建議。研究步驟爲問卷謂查、現場工作觀察分析、現場環境量測等。結果顯示在肩膀(77.5%)、頸部(63.3%)、手腕(53.3%)有較高的不適比例、在BRIEF檢核表得知頸部爲各作業別的高風險部位等;最後綜合以上所述,提出硬體及管理的建議。在硬體上建議改善工作台與作業人員的相對距離,在管理上希望建立廠內人體計測資料庫。

TFT-LCD (thin film transistor-liquid crystal display) industries have been developed rapidly in recent years. Many enterprise invested a great funds in research & development and manufacture TFT-LCD and Taiwan has become a key position in the world. Although manufacture process has been automation mainly, the industry still needed to hire many employees to do manual job in module assembly process. The aim of the study was to evaluate the ergonomics hazards and to generate the effective improvement in the module assembly process of the TFT-LCD factories in southern Taiwan. The methods of this study has 4 parts: 1) using questionnaire to survey the musculoskeletal symptoms, 2) using job analysis and Baseline Risk Identification of Ergonomic Factor (BRIEF) to evaluate the hazards, 3) measuring dimension of the work station and 4) measuring the anthropometry data of the operators. The result shows that operators self-reported high musculoskeletal disorder syndromes in shoulder (77.5%), neck (63.3%), and wrist (53.3%). The result of BRIEF revealed that neck was the high risk region in all operations. After a comprehensive survey, the effective improvement in the work station and administration were proposed.
