以電腦視覺開發體感互動遊戲於國小自閉症學童多媒體教材之研究

The Physical Interactive Game Design for Autistic Children

摘要


本研究是針對自閉症學童教育的特質與需求,研發合適之發體感互動遊戲技術,並設計輔助教材,改善現有自閉症教學的不足,增強學童的學習動機。遊戲教材完成後,實際提供遊戲給自閉症學童進行測試、觀察,並訪談特教老師,共同評估學童遊戲與學習成效。研究發現,透過投影機與視訊攝影機所提供的種感互動環境,學童看到自己身處數位遊戲中,並可與虛擬物件進行互動,感到新鮮有趣。所開發之體感互動遊戲,應用於感覺統合訓練,可有效激勵學童自主參與活動,運用本身的肢體動作,完成遊戲中的任務,對於刺激學童感知學習和反應靈敏之相互協調性,也有積極且正面的影響,明顯強化其注意力;在與他人共同遊戲的過程中,有助於增進人際互動發展。

This paper presents two movement-based exercise games ”Tunnel Traveling” and ”the Little Chef”, designed for autistic children education of cognitive learning and sensory integration. To create a intuitive operation environment, a new operating interface based on computer vision has been developed, by which the users are encouraged to make more body movements and easily interact with the game system. Several autistic children are invited to try out the game systems. The result shows that the game systems created in this research are useful to improve the children's concentration and activity on learning. The teacher of theses children points out the game systems significantly make students more enthusiastic about learning and interacting with other people.
