探討自行車把手型式對上肢肌群活動之影響

The Effect of Handlebar Types on Upper Limb Muscles Activities during Cycling

摘要


本研究目的在於比較不同把手在騎乘自行車時上肢肌群肌肉活動情形是否有差異,藉由Noraxon表面肌電儀(1500Hz)擷取八位參與者騎乘30秒的肌電訊號以及不同型式把手之間的變化率,再經由SPSS®16.0統計軟體,以重複量數單因子變異數分析進行比較,若達顯著再以LSD進行事後比較,統計水準設定為α=0.05。研究結果顯示:一、平直型把手屈腕肌的最大自主收縮百分比明顯高於下彎型把手及上昇型把手,而下彎型把手在三角肌的最大自主收縮百分比則明顯高於平直型把手與上昇型把手(p<0.05)。二、三角肌在下彎型把手的肌肉用力變化率最大,肱三頭肌在上昇型把手的肌肉用力變化率最小。

The main purpose of this study was to compare and discuss the muscle activation difference in upper limb muscles when using different handlebar. In this study, we used the Noraxon Electromyography (EMG) measurement system to collect EMG signals from eight participants' on their tested muscles when riding for 30 seconds. The change rates of the EMG were also discussed. The one-way ANOVA with repeated measures (α = 0.05) was performed to analyze and compare data using the statistical analysis software SPSS® 16.0. The Scheffee's least significance difference (LSD) test for consequence comparison was conducted if the main factor was statistically significant. The results of this study were as follows. The EMG (%MVC) of the flexor carpi ulnaris when riding with the straight handlebar was significantly (p<0.5) higher than that with downward and upward handlebar. The EMG (%EMG) of the deltoid when riding with the downward handlebar was significantly (p<0.05) higher than that with straight and upward handlebar. The change rate of the deltoid muscle of downward handlebar was the highest. The change rate of triceps muscle of upward handlebar was the smallest.
