When striving to be the champion in any sports event, a competitor may gain a considerable advantage by learning the more advanced moves in the sport, and refining them. This paper asserts the value of using simulations as an auxiliary part of an athlete’s training to solidify his or her mastery of advanced skills. Any action or movement in sports training may be subdivided into several separate actions that must be linked together. In other words, a successive action can be completed only after each action has been shaped and completely linked. Such a training method is not only effective at reducing sports injuries, but also at giving contestants a sense of security and sufficient mental preparation. That is to say, training with simulations can play an important role in the development of advanced sports skills action and the formation and solidification of the basic skills. It may be extremely beneficial for contestants, and needless to say, is an essential training technology for coaches.
