摘要

在矯正治療前，通常會要求病人先將口內有問題的牙齒先治療好，再進行矯正。在矯正治療過程中，常常會發生牙根的吸收及牙髓的病變。在這種情況之下，必須配合矯正的治療，盡速將牙髓病變的牙齒做根管治療。本病例就是在矯正的治療中，因病人口腔衛生維持不易，造成牙髓壞死。在完整的根管治療之後，其根尖病變更有明顯改善，並未造成根尖吸收及未影響整體的矯正治療。

Before the orthodontic treatment, the problems of the teeth should he well-controlled. During the orthodontic processing, the resorption of tooth root and pathologic changes of pulp always happened. In these conditions, we must treat these apical lesions with endodontic procedures as soon as possible. Herein, we present a clinical case that there were pulps necrosis because of poor oral hygiene during orthodontic treatment. After complete endodontic management, the apical lesions were significantly improved without root resorption and the orthodontic processing was performed smoothly.
