牙根修形術於自體齒移植手術之運用－病例報告
Autotransplantation of a Root Odontoplasty tooth-A Case Report
摘要
自體齒移植是指在同一個病患的口內，利用手術方式將牙齒由一處移到另一位置。隨著醫學的發展，牙周組織癒合過程中感染預防不斷的進步，對牙根吸收的機制也更加瞭解，加上術中組織處理技術提升，使得自體齒移植的成功預後大大的改善。無功能的第三大臼齒是最常用來作爲後牙自體齒移植的供給齒，尤其是在以第一大臼齒爲受植區域的狀況。在使用多根牙作爲供給齒時，牙根型態除了影響拔牙困難度之外，對於牙周癒合預後的影響也扮演相當重要的角色。本病例成功將多根牙形態之上顎第三大臼齒，經修形牙根型態復植入下顎無牙骨脊區，除降低解剖型態之複雜性，並促進移植齒與受植區吻合度。經一年追蹤發現已可恢復原有牙齒之功能，且有良好的牙周癒合發生。

Autotransplantation, or autogenous tooth transplantation, is to transplant a self tooth from one site to another. A number of reports have dealt with the technique and results of tooth autotransplantation, particularly that of transplanting the third molar to the first molar site. The knowledge and technique of utotransplantation have been developed, as evidenced by the high success rate reported in studies over the past decade. The present case report describes the clinical application of a root odontoplasty upper third molar being autotransplanted to the lower first molar region. No sign of root resorption and other complications were found after one year follow-up.
